New mom-to-be Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is busy shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine (the first full-length image of the actress is plastered on Twitter and on blogs, you can see it here on the top right). According to reports, the former Miss World is five months pregnant and is due to deliver in September this year. Aishwarya reportedly wants to wrap up her current assignments soon and go on sabbatical. Husband Abhishek wants a baby girl but rumours are rife that Ash is pregnant with twins. Double Dhamaal, Bachchan style!
